These slippery rice noodle rolls are another classic Dim Sum dish from my childhood. In this video we make 3 different kinds of Cheung Fun: Plain, ‘Prawn’ and BBQ Roast ‘Pork’! But there are so many more varieties and you can even get creative with your own fillings! We start with the traditional way to steam the rice noodle rolls – with cotton steamer cloths! If you ever travel to Hong Kong or Malaysia, look out for street food vendors cooking Cheung Fun this way!

Finally, a person who actually knows how. This is the third recipe on line I tried.. I used simple syrup which I had on hand for cocktails, added the soy sauce. It worked.

Hi, this look so easy for you. How long do you let it cool before rolling, i can't seem to be able to roll, i decided to wait for 2 mins to let it cook, it is easier, but still breaks
